Aldo Sessano
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Turin Polytechnic University began his career as a graphic designer at Fiat, participated in numerous art exhibitions in Turin, Milan, S. Anthony (France). Aldo Sessano collaborated with Abarth & C. Sports, which specializes in the production of sports cars based on Fiat. In 1968, he founded the Sessano Associates design studio and began working with brands such as Renault, Enasa, Pegaso, Seat, Volvo, Magnadyne, Marelli, Balay, Silma, Style, Gaggia, Indesit. In 1970, the designer received the Italian award Compasso d’Oro, and in 1977 he got the Spanish awards — Industrial Delta and Delta de Oro for a series of household appliances, which he developed for the Balay. In the same year, he founded the Open Design Studio and began working with Mitsubishi, Saab Scania, Japan Raylwais, Konika, Cookvessel, Toyo Glass, Kodama-Echolac, Toya Tire. New studio of Aldo, founded in 1998, was named Master Design International. Its cients were Mitsubishi, Maserati, Fiat, Lancia, Suzuki and Subaru.
