A Merge of Italian design & Chinese Culture

Marco Piva Studio designed the interior for the Tonino Lamborghini Towers cultural complex in Sichuan.
Working as aesthetic consultant for the facade design and the interior design of the entire project, partner and friend of St. Petersburg Design Week, Italian architect and designer Marco Piva makes the center always in step with the luxury of the city, an international meeting born for perfection. Tonino Lamborghini Center is positioned as a high-end commercial and cultural complex with the world-renowned Luxury Hotel, the residential apartments, the world-class meeting center and commercial area and the shopping mall. It also includes the Sichuan People’s Art Theatre.
Throughout the design of Lamborghini Center, Studio Marco Piva interprets "Luxury" from various points of view. If traditional Italian luxury comes from the materials and furnitures, Lamborghini Center transmits luxury through user’s experience. Vertical grids communicate the rationality and order of the space while the round chandelier makes the space softer and more welcoming. All elements inside the space have been considered and picked with extraordinal care in order to present with the client an unique experience, to merge Italian design with Chinese culture.
SMP’s design suits the philosophy of Tonino Lamborghini: combine timeless design, sharp and clean lines, dynamic shapes with high-quality details to enable a mix of sophistication and stylistic features inspired by the Lamborghini family’s mechanic heritage.
