Designer's Day
Specialists of design will get access to unique information, professional contacts and business tools on May 31 in the framework of St. Petersburg Design Week 2019.
Events will be held in two halls of the Design Week Expo, in the Artplay SPb design center. Designers, exhibitors, experts, opinion leaders, representatives of well-known brands, professional associations and design schools will gather at one venue. Guests will be able to take part in the Design Profession Workshop, which will include lectures and workshops on several topics such as design history, key international exhibitions, business design, legal literacy, current trends and secrets of professional skills. In addition, the program of the day will include round tables with leading experts in various fields, as well as the summing up of professional results of the year "The Best St. Petersburg Designers. Winners of professional awards and competitions over the past year." This event will continue the annual project of the Design Week — "Northern Lights of Design", in which the stars of the Russian creative industries market traditionally take part. Another expected event is a design-battle among multidisciplinary designers on the theme "Trends in Design: Dogma or PR".
