International Design Day
On June 22nd the St. Petersburg Design Week president Ruslan Chernobaev will traditionally open the Online Forum. The Opening’s guest of honor will be the World Design Organization president Srini Srinivasan.
As always, representatives of the Italian design and architecture market will take an active part in the event. Participants in the Online Forum will learn about “aesthetic sustainability” at a lecture by Andrea Tosi, head of the IED's international partnership programs and innovations, and will also be able to discuss the role of the media in the current global situation with Francesco Russo, publisher of the Design Diffusion World. A video greeting from Franklin Azzi, Designer of the Year according to Maison & Objet 2020, is being prepared specifically for Forum participants.
