DesignDistrict DAA was developed to create a creative ecosystem that integrates creativity, uniqueness, art, design and architecture. More than 150 residents are located on the DAA territory, specialized events are held, professional exhibitions are placed and the atmosphere of the leading creative cluster of St. Petersburg is maintained. The architectural appearance of the buildings is based on a mixture of styles: the "modern industrialism" of the glass prismatic Sphinx tower from the outside is combined with a combination of a loft and a Scandinavian hygge inside.
