UrbanAwards 2020 Applications Call
The award ceremony of the 12th Federal Residential Real Estate Award will be held on June 25 in St. Petersburg.
The UrbanAward invites the construction and finished residential facilities of St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and other subjects of the Federation, completing their construction according to the project declaration in the period from Q3 2019 to Q2 2020 to participate in the competition.
In order to receive the UrbanAwards award, you need to go through a multi-stage examination. At the first stage, companies applying for participation are required to fill out a questionnaire in their personal account, which indicates the most complete information about the nominated property. These data are processed by a special program "Objective Evaluation System", which puts points for each participant. After that, the online jury awards the nominees points according to criteria. Based on the results of this stage, a short list with objects is formed. An expert commission leaves for their sites to conduct an in-person audit. During the trips, the jury members check the housing complexes for compliance with the information provided by the developers when filling out the questionnaires. The final expert vote is held in the office of an independent PwC consultant after defending the projects.
This year, the winners will be determined in 27 nominations, such as:
• Residential complex of the year comfort / business / elite class;
• Constructed residential complex comfort / business / elite class;
• Complex of the year with the best architecture;
• The best concept of landscaping and infrastructure;
• Developer / Person / Realtor of the year.
